FIAMMA HOLDINGS BERHAD EXTENDS DEADLINE FOR JOINT VENTURE BANKING FACILITIES

Fiamma Holdings Berhad (FHB) and its partners have agreed to extend the period for SUSB to obtain banking facilities and/or repay the SUSB Settlement Amount by one month, to October 21, 2026. As of September 21, 2026, BDSB had settled RM110,657,922.84 of the settlement amount, with RM35,409,077.16 remaining outstanding.
