Sunway Berhad: Striking off of indirect subsidiary Sunway GD Piling

Sunway Berhad announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Sunway GD Piling Sdn Bhd, has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia for striking off. Sunway GD Piling is a dormant company with an issued and paid-up share capital of RM100.00. The striking off is expected to have no material financial effect on Sunway Berhad.
