BlackRock raises Keppel DC REIT stake to 6.16%

BlackRock became a substantial unitholder in Keppel DC REIT on Sept. 17, 2026, lifting its deemed interest to 6.16% from 5.98%. Deemed holdings rose by 4,925,800 units to 169,069,628 units from 164,143,828 units, attributed to an increase in total units held as collateral.
