Dilip Buildcon sells stake in solar portfolio to Alpha Alternatives

Dilip Buildcon Ltd has sold a stake in its under-construction solar portfolio to Alpha Alternatives. The portfolio has an estimated total project cost of 62.63 billion rupees, and the transaction is valued at an enterprise value of approximately 68.29 billion rupees.
