Cypark Resources Berhad fixes private placement issue price

Cypark Resources Berhad has fixed the issue price for the second tranche of its private placement at RM0.61 per Placement Share. The issue price represents a discount of approximately 7.17% to the 5-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of Cypark Shares up to and including September 18, 2026.
