Edelweiss Financial Services to raise up to ₹300 crore via NCDs

Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd (EFSL) announced a public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with ₹1,000 face value, aggregating up to ₹300 crore. The issue includes 10 series of fixed-coupon NCDs with tenures listed as 12, 24, 36, and 60 months.
