Air Global launches US dollar senior unsecured notes offering

Air Global launched an offering of U.S. Dollar-denominated Rule 144A/Regulation S senior unsecured notes. Proceeds are earmarked to repay amounts outstanding under its term loan facility and revolving credit facility, with remaining funds targeted for general corporate purposes.
