Rwanda and Almonty sign deal on tungsten processing
Almonty Industries signed a binding agreement with Rwanda to contribute to a tungsten-processing setup, with Kigali receiving an interest in Almonty Rwanda Ltd.
Almonty Industries said it has signed a binding agreement with the Government of Rwanda. Under the terms of the deal, Kigali will receive a 25 percent interest in Almonty Rwanda Ltd in exchange for contributing the Shyorongi exploration asset.
