Nationwide Building Society launches tender offer for additional tier 1 securities

Nationwide Building Society has launched a tender offer to purchase its outstanding £750 million Reset Perpetual Contingent Convertible Additional Tier 1 Capital Securities. The offer, which is subject to conditions including new financing, is part of the company's active management of its capital base.
