Proport Invest to buy Growth Marketing Sweden for 25 million SEK

Proport Invest has agreed to acquire Growth Marketing Sweden, a company that owns Nordic AI Growth, as part of its strategy to enhance its AI-driven digital marketing services. The acquisition is valued at SEK 25 million, which includes an initial cash payment of SEK 10 million at closing. An additional earn-out of up to SEK 15 million, contingent on EBITDA performance between July 2026 and June 2029, will be settled with newly issued Proport shares.
