Barings buys Italian logistics site for 67,000 sqm Grade A project

Barings Corporate Investors acquired a 145,000-sqm logistics development site in Mantova Sud, Italy, as part of a European value-add real estate strategy. The project, targeting LEED Gold certification, is designed for multi-let use and is slated for construction commencement in August 2026, with completion expected in Q3 2027. This marks Barings' fourth logistics development in the Mantova area.
