Shares in German defence tech specialist Vincorion rise 4% after Deutsche Bank began coverage with a "Buy" rating, citing growth, mix and margin prospects. Deutsche Bank expects revenue to increase at a 15% compound annual growth rate (CAG) to 2030, led by Vehicle Systems volumes and the Power Systems build-out. The broker said Tactical Power Systems and Electric Rescue Hoist launches carry higher margins than the existing portfolio and should add aftermarket revenue as fleets grow. The brokerage forecasts a 20% adjusted EBIT margin over the medium term, supported by scale, industrialisation and a richer mix.

DB said Vincorion "captures the European rearmament ramp" without platform integration risk. Out of 6 analysts covering Vincorion, four rate the stock "strong buy" or "buy", no analysts rate it "hold" and no analysts rate the stock "strong sell" or "sell", LSEG data showed.
