Quilter buys back shares for GBP 7.02 million since Sept. 8, plans cancellation

Quilter bought back 2,420,538 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange, intending to cancel them. Purchases ran Sept. 14-18 at an average price range of GBP 1.83-1.84 per share. Since Sept. 8, buybacks total 3,806,693 shares for GBP 7.02 million. Johannesburg purchases since Sept. 8 totaled 606,837 shares for ZAR 24.44 million, also marked for cancellation.
