PPI buys social infrastructure properties for SEK 1.35 billion

Ppi Public Property Invest has entered into agreements to acquire social infrastructure properties with a total agreed property value of SEK 1.35 billion. The net consideration of SEK 1.263 billion will be settled by 39,453,642 new shares and SEK 250 million in cash. The deal is expected to be completed in Q4 2026.
