Marston’s names operations directors for new South East, South West divisions

Marston's plc named Lee Nixon as Operations Director for its South East division and Jo Hall as Operations Director for its South West division as part of a restructure that moves the company to five operating divisions. Nixon previously held senior operational leadership roles at Honest Burgers, Ole & Steen, Costa Coffee, and Le Pain Quotidien. Hall was previously Head of Retail Operations (Convenience) at Co-op, with prior roles at BP, Sainsbury's, and Lidl.
