Scholz und Partner set a 2% special distribution on committed capital for the “Westfälische Sozialimmobilien II” special fund in September 2026. Ongoing payouts are scheduled to rise to 6% per year from October 2026. The special distribution was attributed to performance at “Westfälische Sozialimmobilien II Haus Phöbe” in Warburg.
