Pekat Group Unit Signs Conditional Lease Deal

Malaysia's Pekat Group Bhd said on Sept. 21 that its unit entered a conditional lease agreement with a lessor. The aggregate lease rental payable over the twenty-four year lease term is estimated at 54.5 million ringgit.
