Makenita Resources signs option to acquire Nova Scotia hydrogen project

Makenita Resources has entered an option agreement to acquire the 45,967-acre Cobequid-Chedabucto Hydrogen Project in Nova Scotia. The acquisition involves CAD 11,490 cash, 4,000,000 common shares and 3,000,000 warrants, with an option requirement of at least CAD 150,000 in work expenditures in the first year. Closing is subject to regulatory approvals.
