PPI Public Property Invest to buy SEK 1.35B social infrastructure portfolio

PPI agreed to acquire six social infrastructure properties from SBB valued at SEK 1.35B, for net consideration of SEK 1.263B: SEK 250M cash and 39.45M new shares at SEK 25.67. Closing is expected in Q4 2026, subject to EGM approvals and other conditions.
