Doxa AB proposes name change to Nordvi Sverige

Doxa AB has called an extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 23, 2026, in Malmö to vote on a proposed name change to Nordvi Sverige. The meeting will also consider a proposal to increase the authorized share capital range to SEK 130 million–SEK 520 million and reduce the share capital by SEK 525.16 million to SEK 131.29 million, lowering the quota value to SEK 0.10. The board is seeking authorization to issue shares, convertibles, or warrants representing up to 15% of outstanding shares.
