Bawat Water Technologies Board Resolves On Directed Share Issues

The first issue is directed to existing shareholders, and the second share issue is directed to Chairman Klaus Nyborg, subject to EGM approval. The share issues are fully subscribed and are expected to bring Bawat about SEK 11.1 million in total before costs, of which about SEK 5.7 million pertains to converting loans.
