SoftwareONE founders end acting-in-concert status, cut stake to 17.71%

Three major shareholders have ended a cooperation pact covering their SoftwareONE stakes, effective Sept. 17, 2026. Their combined holding was 39,158,264 shares, about 17.71% of voting rights. Daniel M. von Stockar now reports 17,654,218 shares (7.98%), Beat Alex Curti reports 9,031,853 shares via Curti AG (4.08%), and René Gilli reports 12,472,193 shares (5.64%).
