Digital 9 Infrastructure appoints Johnston Carmichael as auditor

Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC has appointed Johnston Carmichael LLP as its external auditor for the financial year ending Dec. 31, 2026, following a competitive tender process. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has ceased to hold office as the company's external auditor.
