InterContinental Hotels repurchases shares for cancellation

InterContinental Hotels Group PLC says it bought back ordinary shares on 18 Sep 2026 via Goldman Sachs International and intends to cancel them. After the transaction, it reports 147,270,023 shares in issue excluding 5,431,782 held in treasury.
