Crexendo Inc. partnered with Meetric to add AI-powered conversation intelligence to its cloud communications platform, expanding AI services to more than 250 platform licensees. The product extends analytics to voice, video, chat, and email, generating summaries and follow-ups. Crexendo expects the white-label offering to lift recurring revenue opportunities.
