UBS raises Azelis stake to 3.04% via equivalent financial instruments

UBS crossed above 3% of voting rights in Azelis on Sept. 11 via an acquisition of equivalent financial instruments. Total position reached 7,405,496 voting rights, equal to 3.04% of shares outstanding, including 888,093 shares and 6,517,403 equivalent instruments. UBS then crossed back below the 3% threshold on Sept. 14 following a disposal of equivalent financial instruments.
