Barratt Redrow reports FY26 volumes, revenue and net cash

Barratt Redrow reported 17,667 homes, c.£6.06bn revenue and adjusted PBT of £572.8m, returning cash via dividends and a £100m buyback, while warning weak demand from higher mortgage rates is forcing incentives despite a strong land bank and £772.8m net cash.
