UPM names WISA CFO and targets Nasdaq Helsinki listing for demerger
UPM-Kymmene says it will demerge WISA and complete the split by Oct 31, 2026, with WISA expected to begin trading on Nasdaq Helsinki around Nov 2, 2026; Lasse von Hertzen is appointed WISA’s Chief Financial Officer to lead finance through the transition.
UPM-Kymmene Oyj (OMXHEX:UPM) said it will demerge WISA and expects to complete the split by Oct 31, 2026. The company said WISA is targeted to start trading on Nasdaq Helsinki around Nov 2, 2026. UPM also named Lasse von Hertzen as WISA’s Chief Financial Officer. He will lead the finance team through the transition.
