RWE boosts M31 stake, signs 433 MW Oracle virtual PPA

RWE increased its stake in M31 to a majority position, taking its Amprion stake to about 58% pending approvals. The company also signed a 433 MW virtual PPA with Oracle for Panther Creek wind farms and issued an oversubscribed third US dollar green bond to fund green projects.
