Merko Ehitus starts Riga residential development stage, targets 2028 completion

Merko Ehitus has begun the fourth stage of its Mežpilsēta residential development in Riga. This stage includes a six-storey building with 53 apartments, set for completion in early 2028. Apartment sizes will range from 39 to 77 square meters, priced between EUR 2,800 and EUR 3,200 per square meter.
