Turkey to release Sept manufacturing capacity, debt data; Tera Portfoy updates investors

Turkey central bank to release September manufacturing capacity utilisation and real sector confidence data, and the Treasury will announce central government debt stock for August. Tera Portfoy, a portfolio management firm under investigation after fund defaults, said it had repaid some investors and was working to repay others, but restrictions imposed by authorities were delaying the process. The lira was quoted at 48.7930 against the dollar at 0427 GMT, after closing at 48.7850 on Friday. The BIST 100 index fell 1.67% to 13,284.42 points on Friday.
