HBM Healthcare Investments said Electra Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ETRA) priced an upsized IPO at $15, issuing 23.33M shares to raise about $350M. HBM invested $30M total and holds about 3.9%, valued at $32.8M based on first-day close.
