IBM study: 60% of employees fear AI erodes critical thinking skills

A study by IBM has found that 60% of employees are concerned that artificial intelligence is eroding their critical thinking skills. The study also highlighted a gap between the skills that Chief Human Resource Officers (CHROs) prioritize in the AI era and those that employees themselves consider important.
