Sigenergy targets commercial, utility-scale storage with new strategy

Sigenergy outlined a strategy to enter commercial, industrial, and utility-scale energy storage at its Sigenergy Day Europe 2026 event, which was attended by nearly 400 investors and industry participants. The company highlighted its Weissach im Tal solar-storage project, which is operational and features 11.6 MWp solar paired with about 20 MWh storage, utilizing a decentralized modular architecture with DC coupling to enhance energy yield by 3%-4%.
