Solidion Technology names Jaymes Winters chairman, adds CEO role

Solidion Technology appointed Jaymes Winters as chairman, in addition to his CEO responsibilities, effective Sept. 16, 2026. Independent director Mark N. Schwartz will assume the role of lead independent director on the same date. Bor Jang has stepped down as chairman but will remain on the board.
