Telix to Acquire ITM Isotope Technologies in Up to $2.35B Deal
Telix Pharmaceuticals signed an agreement to acquire privately held ITM Isotope Technologies Munich SE for a transaction valued at up to US$2.35 billion, to strengthen its position in radiopharmaceutical and radioisotope markets.
