ASX appoints Keir Barnes as Chief Financial Officer
ASX Ltd has appointed Keir Barnes as Chief Financial Officer. Andrew Tobin will continue as CFO until Barnes commences. Mark Peterson has been appointed as Managing Director, Clearing and Settlement from November 2026. Diona Rae will leave ASX as Chief Operating Officer. Elaine Vaisanen has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer from December 2026.
Sept 21 — ASX Ltd said it has appointed Keir Barnes as chief financial officer. Andrew Tobin will continue as CFO until Keir Barnes commences. The company also appointed Mark Peterson as managing director, clearing and settlement, from November 2026, and said Diona Rae will leave ASX as chief operating officer. ASX added that Elaine Vaisanen will be appointed chief operating officer from December 2026.
