Kingsgate Consolidated says political risk insurers start proceedings

Kingsgate Consolidated Limited said on Thursday that political risk insurers have commenced proceedings against it, with the primary claim against the company for up to US$58.5 million and A$750,000 plus costs and interest. The company denies the insurers' claims and intends to defend the proceedings.
