S&P Global has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OpenZeppelin, the smart contract auditing and development-security company used across a large part of the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystem. The deal brings one of traditional finance’s biggest risk-data companies together with one of crypto’s best-known security firms.
