HealthBank revises deal to sell Libre Hospitality stake for 9 million yuan

HealthBank has signed a revised agreement to sell its stake in Libre Hospitality in two tranches for a total of 9 million yuan. The first tranche will cover 49% of the stake for 4,410,000 yuan, and the second tranche will cover the remaining 51% for 4,590,000 yuan. The deal's long-stop date for completion has been extended to June 30, 2027.
