Banyan Gold launches C$50 million unregistered share placement

Banyan Gold Corp. launched a best-efforts private placement of up to 25 million shares at C$2 per share to raise up to C$50 million. A concurrent non-brokered private placement is expected to raise up to C$8 million. The closing is targeted for about Sept. 29, 2026. Proceeds will be used to advance Yukon projects, for general corporate purposes and working capital.
