Qfin Holdings names Yan Zheng CEO, replacing Haisheng Wu

Qfin Holdings Inc. appointed Yan Zheng as chief executive officer and a director, effective September 21, 2026. Zheng will replace Haisheng Wu, who stepped down to focus on developing the company's international business. Zheng has served as vice president since 2017 and chief risk officer since 2020.
