El Paso Natural Gas imposes performance caps, cuts nominations at NM, TX locations
El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) is imposing performance caps and potential underperformance (LOR) reductions to shipper and/or pooler nominations at its IROCKDOV receipt location in Eddy County, New Mexico. A cap limiting flow to 16,000 dths was effective Sept. 20, with a cap limiting flow to 0 dths effective Sept. 21. The company also placed the IBRCOBND receipt location in Upton County, Texas, on a watchlist. These actions are due to EPNG's concerns about the performance of these locations.
