Pakistan tenders to buy and import 185,000 metric tons wheat, traders say

HAMBURG, Sept 20 (Reuters) — A government agency in Pakistan has issued an international tender to purchase and import 185,000 metric tons of wheat, European traders said on Sunday. The deadline for submission of price offers in the tender from the Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) is September 28. A new announcement had been anticipated by traders after Pakistan on Saturday bought 365,000 tons of wheat in a tender which closed last week seeking up to 750,000 tons.
