Tropical Depression Six expected to become tropical storm on Sunday, US hurricane center says
Sept 19 (Reuters) — Tropical Depression Six over the southwest of the Azores is expected to strengthen in the next 24-hours and turn into a tropical storm on Sunday, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said late on Saturday. The system has currently not strengthened as it moves slowly north-northeast, the Miami-based forecaster said. The depression was located about 475 miles (765 km) southwest of the Azores, with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph (55 kph), NHC added.
