NATGAS PIPELINE CRITICAL NOTICE: El Paso Force Majeure — Roswell Station

Notice Type Description: FORCE MAJEURE Posted Date: 9/19/2026 Effective Date: 09/19/2026 End Date: 09/20/2026 Posting Text: Force Majeure — Roswell Station El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a fuel system issue associated with its Roswell Compressor Station located in Chaves County, New Mexico. As a result, the Roswell Compressor Station is unavailable while necessary repairs are completed. Due to this outage, operational capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint will be reduced by an additional 106,848 Dth/d, effective September 19, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the CAPROCK N constraint. EPNG is actively evaluating repair options and will provide updates as additional information becomes available. This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
