Malaysia's Democratic Action Party leader resigns from cabinet

SINGAPORE, Sept 19 (Reuters) — The party leader of Malaysia's Democratic Action Party said on Saturday he has offered to tender his resignation as transport minister over the Pardons Board's decision to place former Prime Minister Najib Razak under house arrest.
