CHICAGO, Sept 18 (Reuters) — Snapshot of the global export markets for grains, oilseeds and edible oils as reported by government and private sources as of the end of business on Friday: SOYBEANS SALE: The U.S. Department of Agriculture confirmed private sales of 111,000 metric tons of U.S. soybeans to China for shipment in the 2026/27 marketing year that began on September 1. CORN PURCHASE: Leading South Korean feedmaker Nonghyup Feed Inc (NOFI) purchased up to 65,000 metric tons of animal feed corn in a second private deal on Thursday without an international tender being issued, European traders said on Friday. The corn was expected to be sourced from either South America or South Africa and was in addition to a first private deal for about 68,000 tons on Thursday. CORN PURCHASE: South Korea's Feed Leaders Committee (FLC) purchased up to 65,000 metric tons of animal feed corn expected to be sourced from South America or South Africa in an international tender on Friday, European traders said.
