Major US airlines oppose Air China request for more US flights
Airlines for America says it opposes Air China’s bid to add Beijing–New York and Beijing–Washington flights tied to the planned Xi Jinping–Donald Trump meeting.
A group representing major US airlines said on Friday it opposes Air China’s SSE:601111 bid to schedule additional flights from Beijing to New York and Washington as part of President Xi Jinping’s planned meeting with President Donald Trump. Airlines for America, which represents major US airlines, said it opposes the request.
