The total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury is 36,689,328. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares as at 18 September 2026 is 966,056,686. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Company or its Group under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. Since the announcement of the Programme on 11 August 2026, the Company has purchased a total of 8,238,863 Ordinary Shares, which are held in treasury.
